Universal Kraft is working on a ground solar project in Lofta, Sweden
The solar plant site has an area of 108 ha, with a total installed DC capacity of 36 608 kWp, separated into four different areas due to the restrictions of the site. The ground installation will be composed of 66 560 PV panels, set to produce 45 809 MWh annually. The energy produced will be connected to Lofta regional station in Västervik municipality. Universal Kraft is responsible for the design, land lease, permitting and construction.
