Universal Kraft had the pleasure of participating in the Sweden + Spain Green Alliance Event alongside various stakeholders yesterday, on April 25th. The event was one of the flagship gatherings hosted at the Swedish Embassy in Madrid, organized by the Swedish-Spanish forum.
This occasion was significant for Universal Kraft, as it brought together both private and public actors united by a common goal: to foster a greener and more resilient future. Our intervention at the forum underscored the importance of the hydrogen sector as a catalyst for transforming the production, distribution, and consumption of green energy, aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
During the afternoon round table, Mr. Johan Stierna, a Senior Member of the European Commission, participated and discussions revolved around European regulations and the immediate future.
Additionally, we were honored by the presence of Mr. Mattias Frumerie, Sweden’s Climate Ambassador and Head of the Swedish delegation at UNFCCC, along with the Ambassador of Sweden to Spain, Mr. Teppo Tauriainen. They emphasized the critical importance of focusing on value chains for a green industry.
Representatives from the entrepreneurial world addressed the regulatory, financial, innovative, and intersectoral collaboration needs to enhance European competitiveness across the value chain. This encompasses everything from fossil-free mining to renewable energies, including energy efficiency and electric mobility.
With our multidisciplinary team and expertise in various renewable energy sources, we are capable of forming value chains to reduce production costs, improve energy efficiency, and address storage and transportation challenges. This leads to a more intelligent form of energy production. Many decision-makers concluded that hydrogen is not just the future. It is a very immediate present, and Universal Kraft has a crucial role to play in it. Once again, Universal Kraft expresses its gratitude for the opportunity to participate alongside Business Sweden.
